On 8 April 2025, under TechVerse Enclave, I ran an AI Mentorship Session at VSICS Kanpur alongside Raman Shukla and Saksham Gupta, on AI-powered software development for first-year engineers.

The map we walked through

Smarter requirements gathering, automated coding and testing, predictive analytics in deployment, and AI-driven maintenance and upgrades — the point wasn't any single tool, it was showing students that AI isn't a bolt-on feature of software development anymore, it's threaded through every stage of it.

Closing with proof, not theory

We ended the session with a walkthrough of our Changethon-winning project from IIT Roorkee — a real system built under real constraints, not a slide about what's theoretically possible.

What I'd tell any student who missed it

The best way to predict the future is to build it. If a session like this sounds useful for your department or club, the format travels — I run it for free at student communities.
