## Travel, stay and fees for campus sessions

Campus sessions (talks, workshops, hackathon judging, mentoring): the inviting institution covers the visit end to end: travel (a First AC train ticket for journeys up to five hours, a flight for anything longer), accommodation, meals, and pickup and drop; the honorarium and workshop fees are negotiable on WhatsApp or on the call; requests are welcome only from institutions that can cover the visit this way.

- Travel: The inviting college, club or community arranges the travel. For a journey of up to five hours, a First AC (1A) train ticket; for anything longer, a flight. Pranjul does not take train journeys longer than five hours.
- Stay: The visit is covered end to end: accommodation for the stay, meals, and pickup and drop between the station or airport, the stay and the venue.
- Fees: The honorarium and any workshop fee are negotiable, on WhatsApp or on the call. There is no fixed rate card, and nothing is charged through this site.
- Before you book: Please send a request only if your institution can cover the visit this way. It keeps every session Pranjul says yes to one he can actually reach, and it saves both sides a conversation that cannot go anywhere.
