Mentoring that ends in shipped work.

I founded TechVerse Enclave, a 500+ member developer community, and have mentored 200+ students from first-year roadmaps to hackathon wins and first jobs. The method is simple: build something real, review it honestly, repeat.

The roadmap I teach

Three years, three phases, first given to 100+ first-year students at VSICS.

  1. 01

Year one: foundations and AI tools

Programming fundamentals, Git, one language well, and using AI tools as a learner rather than a shortcut.

  2. 02

    Year two: hackathons and internships

Ship small products, enter hackathons with a plan, take an internship where code reaches users.

  3. 03

Year three: placement or a startup

A portfolio of real work, interview practice built on it, and the choice between a role and a venture made from evidence.

02

How I mentor

What a session with me looks like.

  • Project reviews

I read the code and run the product. The feedback is specific: what to fix first, what to delete, what to show in an interview.

  • Hackathon preparation

Scoping, team roles, the demo, and the judging criteria from the other side of the table.

  • Career direction

GenAI engineering, full-stack, or a startup: the honest trade-offs, from someone doing all three.

03

With students

Sessions and the community.

Travel, stay and fees

Stated plainly, so a request can be made with confidence.

For campus sessions the inviting institution covers the visit end to end: travel (a First AC train ticket up to five hours, a flight beyond that), stay, meals, and pickup and drop. The honorarium and any workshop fee are agreed on WhatsApp or on the call.

Full details on the invite page and in the FAQ.

Bring mentoring to your club.

A cohort, a club session or a review day: pick a date and the rest is agreed on WhatsApp.
