How do I invite Pranjul Rathour to speak at my college?

Your request reaches Pranjul as a WhatsApp message and he confirms within a day. The inviting institution covers the visit (travel, stay, meals, pickup and drop); the honorarium is agreed on the call.
What does the inviting college or club need to arrange?
The inviting college, club or community arranges the travel. For a journey of up to five hours, a First AC (1A) train ticket; for anything longer, a flight. Pranjul does not take train journeys longer than five hours. The visit is covered end to end: accommodation for the stay, meals, and pickup and drop between the station or airport, the stay and the venue. Please send a request only if your institution can cover the visit this way. It keeps every session Pranjul says yes to one he can actually reach, and it saves both sides a conversation that cannot go anywhere.
Does Pranjul Rathour charge a fee for talks and workshops?
The honorarium and any workshop fee are negotiable, on WhatsApp or on the call. There is no fixed rate card, and nothing is charged through this site. The inviting institution covers the visit: travel (a First AC train ticket for journeys up to five hours, a flight for anything longer), accommodation, meals, and pickup and drop.
Which sessions can a college or student community book?
Campus guest talk (45–60 min, On campus or remote); Hands-on GenAI workshop (90 min – full day, On campus or remote); Hackathon judging & mentoring (Half day – full event, On site or remote panel); 1:1 mentorship session (30 min, Google Meet); Community office hours (60 min, Google Meet). Does Pranjul Rathour travel to colleges anywhere in India, or speak remotely?
Both. Sessions run on campus anywhere in India, or remote over Google Meet. For on-site sessions the inviting institution covers the visit end to end: travel (First AC train up to five hours, a flight beyond that), accommodation, meals, and pickup and drop.

Sessions can be booked from tomorrow up to 45 days ahead. For an on-site session, allow enough time for the institution to arrange travel and stay; remote sessions need less.

Can I book by email instead of WhatsApp?

Is my data stored when I book?
